What are the fees for the exchange service?
The process of exchanging cryptocurrencies consists of multiple steps and fees are charged during these various steps. A network fee is charged by the blockchain for every transaction. So during the deposit of the exchange transaction and when you receive the exchanged cryptocurrency as well, this is not our fee. Our actual fees are 1% to 6% depending on the specific currency, the trading pair availability and the exchanged amount. Meanwhile, it is important to note that what you are going to receive is supposed to be as close as possible to the final estimation during the exchange.
What happens if I deposit the wrong token/coin?
If you send the wrong asset to the exchange address then unfortunately, most likely your funds have gotten lost, so be careful and always double check addresses and always check same blockchain same token symbols as well. You can always contact support if you have any questions or if you have deposited the wrong token.
What is an Exchange ID?
The Exchange ID is the unique identification code that registers every transaction. This unqiue code allows you to verify the status and validity of every exchange transaction on the platform. Always take note of the Exchange ID. In case something goes wrong, we will use the Exchange ID to identify the transaction so that we can search for potential issues.
